GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

• Upon receipt of the keys, a deposit of 150 € will be required, together with an identification document.
• The use of heavy duty professional music equipment is not permitted, neither are professional sound mixers or speakers. The maximum power permitted is that of normal music equipment.
• Entrance to the house will be from 16:00 hours.
• Specify whether rental of the farmhouse is for stag/hen parties or similar events.
• The owners of the property will not be held responsible for any accident that may occur therein during the rental period.
• Clients can make reservations via the website www.lasaucedilla.com or over the telephone.
• An amount of money will be required by way of deposit to reserve the farmhouse, which can be made by bank transfer or at the address of the farmhouse itself.
• The remainder of the payment will be made upon receipt of the keys.
• Once the booking has been made, the general conditions must be signed, and in the event of cancellation of the booking the cost of same will not be refunded..

RATES

• Price of 14 € pax /night from 10 pax., for smaller groups or for high season, please enquire.
• Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge.
• Price per week 900 €/ week for 15 people throughout the year.
• All prices include:
